Our client, a well-established food and beverage leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging line. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, the ability to lead others, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Manawa, WI

Pay Range: $28.00 to $29.00 per hour Shift: Night OR Day shift-12 hour 2/2/3

What's the Job?

• Operating a machine to ensure efficient production.
• Ensuring the line is running smoothly on packaging lines.
• Picking up materials from pallets, hand trucks, and placing them on the conveyor.
• Maintaining quality control to ensure a quality product.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes.

What's Needed?

• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Great communication skills and ability to lead others on the line.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
