Clintonville, WI Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Pay: $20.09–$22.00/hour (+$2.00 Night Shift Premium) Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 total
- $500 after 90 days
- $500 after 6 months
- $500 after 1 year
Training may take place on the day shift for a limited period before transitioning to nights.

Our rotating day shift gives you every other weekend off and only 14 workdays per month.
- Week 1:
Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun - Week 2:
Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun
- Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies
- Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs
- Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy
- Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures
- Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
- Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Assist with training new team members as needed
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing experience
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Training is provided for qualified candidates.
