Location:

Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation:
Starting at $25.77/hour plus $1.50 per hour shift premium.

Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM plus overtime. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Glass Production Operator to join our team in the Enamel Shop at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. This position requires weekend work with a rotating schedule of Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday and either Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday.

• Operate all jobs in the department.
• Make glass and mill it into powder for use in the enameling areas.
• Move bulk bags of frit to and from inventory; load material into the batching system; prepare ground coat slurry; prepare white and colored enamel powders for the enameling areas.
• Work on your own for most jobs; be on your feet most of the day.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Wear a respirator and remain clean‑shaven at all times.
• Perform frequent bending and lifting (up to 50 pounds) during the day.
• Climb stairs in a 4‑story building as required.

• Must be able to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Physical Capability:
  Ability to perform essential duties including bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
• Screening:
  Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Reliability:
  Consistent attendance and work performance.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all safety policies and procedures.
