CNC Machinist

Trillium Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in Kiel, WI.

Schedule is 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Pay rate is $24.00 – $30.00/hour.

• Setting up CNC machines and tooling for production runs
• Running parts and making real-time adjustments as needed
• Reading blueprints and turning them into finished product
• Inspecting parts to make sure they meet spec
• Catching issues early and keeping production on track
• Handling basic machine maintenance and upkeep
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Supporting and training team members when needed

• Early schedule - your day is done by 2pm.
• No programming required - focus on setup and execution
• Variety of parts and work – not the same thing every day

• You’ll be working in a manufacturing setting where things move - machines running, parts flowing, team working together. It’s hands‑on, fast‑paced, and built for someone who likes staying busy.
• Exposure to dust, fumes, and typical shop conditions
• Heated and ventilated production floor
• Working around moving machinery and equipment

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand, move, bend, and stay active throughout the shift
• Use hands for detailed machine work and inspections
• Wear standard PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toes)

If you’re a CNC Setup Operator who takes pride in clean setups, consistent parts, and keeping production moving – This is a great role for you!

• 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong mechanical mindset - you know how things work
• Solid attention to detail (you catch what others miss)
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Comfortable using a computer for tracking and documentation
