Finished Goods Assembler 6:00 am-2:30 pm M-F

Franksville, WI

Assemble, package, and bag various assemblies.

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm M‑F, willing to work overtime when needed. Pay Rate: $16/hr

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and SOPs
• Interpret BOMs and routings
• Apply necessary components to various assemblies
• Assemble parts using hand tools
• Pack parts using a bagging machine
• Pack parts into boxes
• Perform and log quality checks
• Report and log daily production and scrap material
• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Report any unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to lead or supervisor
• Maintain work area and tools clean and stored in proper locations
• Move finished goods to proper locations
• Perform daily cleaning tasks
• Label finished goods with appropriate labels

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to three months experience in assembly production preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to perform operations using units of weight and length measurement
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions, bills of material, and complete written forms
• Proficient with basic computer data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a fairly repetitive basis
• Requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be team‑oriented and open to corrective feedback
