Skilled Technician - Welder - Level II

Job Description

Deliver reliable hands-on support to manufacturing by skillfully operating tools, machinery, and specialized equipment with minimal supervision, keeping production running smoothly.

Maintain a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, using proper PPE, following HSE protocols, and speaking up immediately to prevent injuries or incidents.

Uphold high quality standards by following technical documentation, performing precise inspections, and ensuring workmanship meets or exceeds expectations.

Support operational efficiency by identifying constraints, solving problems, and contributing ideas that streamline processes and reduce costs.

Education, Licenses,

Certifications:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
