- Responsibilities:
Pack meat in boxes, seal, label and stack finished product on pallets according to work order specifications and customer preferences;
Assemble boxes, clean packaging area and equipment to ensure GMP and quality standards;
Perform safety checks on equipment and prepare supplies for operations;
Secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork at end of shift;
Maintain and abide by safety and quality regulations throughout the production process
