Robotic Welder - 2nd Shift

$22.28 - $30.77/hour (Based on Experience)

A leading manufacturer of metal fabrications and complex assemblies is seeking a robotic welder to join their 2nd shift team in Mayville, WI. This role is responsible for operating robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Set up and operate robotic welding machines
- Load and unload parts from fixtures
- Monitor weld quality and perform basic inspections
- Make minor adjustments to programs and fixtures as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Work from blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules

- Previous robotic welding or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic understanding of welding processes (MIG/TIG) - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Mechanically inclined with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a strong work ethic
