Industrial Painter

Wage: $17.00 - $26.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm

This role is responsible for preparing parts and applying a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products. The ideal candidate will have experience with pre‑painting processes, coating applications, and handling large components in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Industrial Painter Responsibilities
  • Perform pre‑painting activities on metal parts to prepare for painting and fabrication
  • Apply various industrial coatings to fabricated metal products in accordance with specifications
  • Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes and air carts
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company safety and housekeeping standards
  • Follow OSHA and Haz Mat procedures for safe storage and handling of materials
Requirements for Industrial Painter
  • At least 3‑5 years of industrial painting or coatings experience preferred
  • Comfortable operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work in a safe manner
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
