Job Description

The Production Operations Supervisor manages a compact team, prepares financial forecasts, conducts performance appraisals, maximizes manufacturing performance metrics, ensures thorough training in processes and safety protocols, maintains adherence to specifications, implements Lean methodologies, and oversees manufacturing processes to deliver high‑quality products/services.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a skilled team, ensuring efficient task execution and productivity while providing guidance and support.
  • Develop financial forecasts and annual plans to align decisions with organizational goals, ensuring strategic financial direction.
  • Optimize manufacturing performance by improving productivity, equipment utilization, and efficiency metrics.
  • Provide ongoing training on production processes and Health & Safety protocols, prioritizing operator competence and safety.
  • Implement Lean methodologies and seamless New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, driving continuous improvement in production.
  • Work on the 3rd shift in an onsite role.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience with Vocational Education in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent; or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Education in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements – able to perform duties with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Lean Leadership training/certification.
  • US work authorization is a precondition; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville; company relocation benefits will not be provided.
Benefits

The pay range for this position in PA is $67,500 to $108,000 annually. Base pay may vary within this range depending on experience and business needs. Additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible for a comprehensive Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
