Responsibilities
- Implements quality checks based on company instructions and specifications to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards.
- Operates machines and production equipment, ensuring safety and following prescribed procedures and guidelines.
- Monitors output quality, identifies and addresses faulty products, including discarding or remanufacturing as necessary.
- Documents daily production activities to facilitate performance analysis and reporting.
- Utilizes basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and document test and work records.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements (with or without accommodation).
- Ability to operate machines safely and follow safety procedures.
- Basic computer literacy; ability to use digital work instructions and record‑keeping software.
The pay range for this position in PA is $15.00 to $23.71 per hour, plus overtime eligible.

Location & Work ArrangementsThis is an onsite position in Reedsville, PA. Candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to Reedsville. The role requires a full‑time presence on site.
