• Create and implement daily staffing plans for Production and Packaging. Train employees and ensure compliance with Safety practices, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Approve and manage employee vacation schedules and daily attendance reporting.
• Translate and execute the daily production schedule; ensure accurate batch preparation and customer labeling.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure raw materials are staged for production.
• Implement food safety and quality procedures (e.g., HACCP) on the production floor. Maintain accurate documentation and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve personnel and equipment issues in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure timely filter changes, product changeovers, sanitation prep, and equipment readiness.
• Schedule and communicate break times.
• Prepare daily production documentation.
• Assist Operations Manager in meeting WDA, FDA, and USDA compliance.
• Track attendance, timekeeping, and safety violations.
• Lead team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Oversee employee training, maintain training records, and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor adherence to safety practices and provide feedback, recognition, and disciplinary action when needed.
• Support performance management, employee relations, coaching, and development.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies related to food safety, quality, and health regulations.
• Report any issues that could compromise food safety.

• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production, including supervisory responsibility.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety regulations.
• Strong people leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
