Positions and Shifts Available
Experienced Manufacturing Operators Needed for the Following
Shifts:
- A Shift (Mon
- Wed 6:00am - 6:00pm) - C Shift (Thurs
- Sat 6:00am - 6:00pm)
The Utility Production Operator will routinely run one or more operational pieces of equipment supporting the facility production. The focus areas include, but are not limited to:
Panel to Part Separating, PEM Insertion/Press, Mechanical Deburring, Timesaver, Panel Taping, Edge Taping, Panel and Circuit Detaping, Circuit Tape Resealing, Panel Hipotting, Aquastorm, OSP, Tin Striping, Marseco Scrubbing, IS Scrubbing, Wise Scrubbing, Microetching, and Panel Finishing/Packaging.
- Ensures all processes are followed according to job routers, process specifications, engineering change orders (ECO's), and standard work procedures in a safe operating manner. Stops and asks for assistance when in doubt.
- Ensures required quality testing and inspection is completed within product specification and documented appropriately with actual test results.
- Performs and records all transactions and labor reporting accurately.
- Uses inventory tracking tools and labels products to process specifications; transacts inventory at the appropriate stage.
- Brought discrepancies forward to management and assists in resolution.
- Reports non-conforming products to management, fills out NCR forms, and places them in the designated area.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to 5S standards and provides a professional pass down to the oncoming shift.
- Promotes teamwork across shifts with respect and dignity.
- Contributes ideas for process improvements that align with annual goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Performs most assignments independently.
- As knowledge increases, requires little to no supervision.
- Communicates professionally and builds teamwork across shifts.
- Takes initiative and starts work without being told.
- Willing to learn new tasks or responsibilities.
- Flexible to meet business needs across all cells.
- Advanced operators can independently solve complex problems.
- Comfortable working with hazardous chemicals.
Education and/or
Experience:
High School diploma or GED required. A minimum of 3–6 months sustained employment in a manufacturing environment.

- Can read part prints and use or become qualified to use specialized tools (Eye Loupe, Scale, Caliper, Feeler or Pin Gauges).
- Mechanical aptitude to support TPM within assigned area.
- Able to read and comprehend basic instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Teamwork ability.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
