Machine Operator

Machine Operator position at a leading manufacturing organization located in Owen, WI.

Location:

Owen, WI. Pay: $24.20 per hour. Shift: 6 pm – 6 am, 2‑2‑3 schedule, with the ability to train on first‑shift hours.

• Safely set‑up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure high‑quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions.
• Follow all safety policies, including wearing personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
