Position: Machine Operator Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule | $1,500 Bonus)
Location: Clintonville

Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Pay

$20.09–$22.00/hour (+$2.00 Night Shift Premium)

Schedule Details
  • Week 1:
    Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun
  • Week 2:
    Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high‑quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
  • Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies.
  • Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
  • Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy.
  • Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  • Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection‑ready.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Training is provided for qualified candidates.
