Line Worker, 1st Shift

The Line Worker role at the Manawa location supports the Handpack/Downtown Production team, driving key initiatives to improve plant performance. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing them on conveyors
• Manually packaging finished goods
• Setting up and adjusting line equipment
• Assisting with deep cleans and changeovers
• Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full‑time position pays $22.19 per hour on the 1st shift in Handpack and Downtown. Hours vary between 6:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday‑Friday or 5:00 am–3:00 pm, Monday‑Thursday, depending on the building assigned.

• Has experience following instructions/process documents with effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Has experience in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing a plus
• Can use a computer to document production information and print paperwork
