Production Helper

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting the winding and cutting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Set up and operate winding machines to produce various sizes of tubes according to job specifications.

+ Review job orders to determine appropriate equipment and materials, including mandrel size, belt, and paper width.

+ Adjust machine components such as angles, tension, and spacing to ensure quality production.

+ Verify measurements like outer diameter and core thickness hourly, documenting results accurately.

+ Operate tube saws, ensuring proper blade selection and adjustments for precise cuts.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ One to three months of related experience or training preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
