Extrusion Operator – 1st Shift

Masterson Staffing is now hiring for an Extrusion Operator position in Osceola, WI! If you have experience operating or monitoring machines (such as CNC), a strong work history, and you're looking for a long-term opportunity—this could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion machines from start to finish
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Resume showing strong work longevity (1+ year at most previous jobs)
• Experience in extrusion or similar machine operation (CNC, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass: 10-panel drug screen, National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years). Color blind vision assessment

Interview required.
