Cabinet Finisher

We are actively looking for a Cabinet Finisher. Ideal candidate would have experience in and knowledge of finishing or fabrication of custom cabinetry. We offer competitive compensation based on experience and the opportunity for career growth.

Experience with woodworking, cabinetry or cabinetry finishing preferred.

• Knowledge of painting techniques and use of HVLP and Gravity sprayers preferred.
• Ability to perform basic reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision and keep pace with production expectations.
• Must be organized, detail oriented and have an eye for quality.
• Must be dependable and flexible to work depending on company needs.
• Must be able to lift, move, carry, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.

• Mix paint thoroughly for accurate color.
• Staining, painting, glazing, and top coating.
• Maintain paint equipment including all sprayers, tips and lines.
• Sand primer and prep solid wood, veneers and MDF.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the paint booth and room.
• Stain matching capabilities, a plus but not required.
• Spray gun and pump maintenance experience preferred.

Full Time; standard business hours of 6:30am until 3:30pm Monday – Friday, with additional overtime hours as required.
