Job Title
Equipment Operator
LocationLadysmith, WI
Pay Range$19/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential from 7p-7a
Shift2nd & 3rd, 3p-11p and 11p-7a.
What's the Job?- Safely operate industrial machinery, including automated packaging lines
- Work collaboratively with team members to maximize output and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following good housekeeping practices
- Assist with light‑duty maintenance and operate forklifts as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to work in a physically active environment
- Safety-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic
- Starting pay of $19/hour with a $2/hour shift premium
- Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
