Location: Ladysmith
The Craftsperson is responsible for performing all job functions within the assigned final line area and assisting with operator training. This role also supports troubleshooting and repairs to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety and quality standards. The position requires flexibility to rotate across responsibilities.
Pay:
Starting pay at $20.50 per hour. Automatic pay increases at 90 days and 6 months! Sign-on bonus of $1,500 paid out in two installments at 30 days and 90 days.
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6am - 3:30pm;
Friday, 6am - 10am (Overtime on Fridays as needed).
