Location: Ladysmith
Pella Corporation in Ladysmith, WI is seeking a Craftsperson to perform all job functions in the assigned final line area and assist with operator training. This role also supports troubleshooting and repairs to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to safety and quality standards, with flexibility to rotate across responsibilities.
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 6am - 3:30pm;
Friday, 6am - 10am (Overtime on Fridays as needed).
