J&D Tube Benders, a certified custom manufacturer and distributor of tube, tubing and tube assembly, is looking for general production workers/machine operators to join our fast pace, growing company.
General Production Workers are responsible for safely operating equipment, performing production tasks, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment. This position may work in various departments including cutting, bending, machining, brazing, assembly, and other production-related operations. Employees are expected to follow safety procedures, meet production requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Full-time positions are available on both shifts. First shift hours are currently, Monday
- Friday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm. Second shift hours are currently Monday
- Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. Additional overtime may be available and is almost always voluntary.
- Safely operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
- Perform manufacturing tasks such as cutting, bending, machining, brazing and assembly.
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
- Inspect parts and products to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Use measuring devices such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues.
- Work effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to meet production goals.
- Participate in training programs, safety meetings, and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to stand on concrete for 8-10 hours.
- Basic math skills (understand units of measurement) and reading skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment/machines safely.
- Ability to move around the shop as needed.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
