Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to required dimensions and customer specifications;
Install, adjust, and remove tooling and dies on press brake equipment to accommodate different jobs and materials;
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to determine bend sequences, tolerances, and part requirements;
Verify product accuracy and dimensions using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers;
Monitor production runs, identify issues with material, tooling, or machine performance, and make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
