General Description

Are you interested in working for a World Class Custom Manufacturing company that is growing and profitable? OEM Fabricators, Inc. an ISO certified company and manufacturer of the year award winner, is a full service custom job shop and are looking for Painters for our Woodville, WI and Neillsville, WI facilities.

Woodville: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m / 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday, 4:15 p.m. – 2:45 a.m (10% shift premium!) / 3rd shift is our weekend shift Friday – Sunday, 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (20% shift premium with Overtime over 36 hours!)

Neillsville: 2nd shift two options, M-Th, 4:30pm – 3am

Shift premium is calculated as:
Example: 2nd shift, Starting offer $23/hour base- hourly rate including shift premium ($23.00
* 1.1) is $25.30/hour!

Requirements

A High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. Minimum of one (1) year related schooling or two (2) years of painting experience or any combination of schooling and/or experience that equals twenty‑four (24) months.

Responsibilities
  • To prepare parts for painting by cleaning, blasting and/or masking.
  • Prepare paint for application using manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Set up painting equipment, making necessary adjustments.
  • Verify customer “finish” specifications prior to application.
  • Prime and/or paint various parts and assemblies.
  • Check and document mil thickness when required.
  • Remove masking and prepare parts for shipment.
