Masterson Staffing is hiring Coating Operators for a manufacturing company in Clear Lake, WI. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with a consistent schedule and three-day weekends!

Pay: $21.00/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift

Hours:

8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday

Hours Per Week: 40

• Operate coating equipment to apply protective coatings to manufactured parts
• Load and unload parts from the coating machine
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality production
• Inspect coated parts for quality and consistency
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Established long-term work history
• Related experience operating manufacturing machinery
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to pass a background check
• Successfully complete a math assessment
• Successfully complete a reading assessment
