Cabling Operator - 2nd Shift

Masterson Staffing is hiring for a Cabling Operator position in Osceola, WI. This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a long-term position for the right candidate.

Pay: $21.50/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hours:

4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Hours Per Week: 40

• Operate cabling machines that combine individual wire components into finished cable products
• Monitor equipment to ensure quality production
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow safety procedures and production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience utilizing high voltage test equipment
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to distinguish colors (color blind assessment required)
• Resume required with demonstrated excellent work history (more than one year at most previous employers)
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen
• Ability to pass a national background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
