Process / Mold Technician – 2nd Shift

Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Starting Pay: $24.00/hour + $1.25 shift premium (based on experience)
Earn $25.25/hour to start on 2nd shift!

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Manager, this role is responsible for setting up, operating, and adjusting press equipment, including mold changes, to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

• Set up, operate, and adjust press equipment to meet production and quality standards
• Change molds and verify proper settings, weights, and product specifications
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Complete required production and process documentation
• Clean and maintain molds and equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support team operations and assist with other duties as needed

• Previous manufacturing or molding experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes
• Basic math skills (measurements, weights, and calculations)
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and machinery
