Location: Park Falls
Overview
Weather Shield, now a part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team.
Responsibilities- Ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product.
- Use hands or machines to perform tasks with precision.
- Read and follow instructions from manuals, drawings, schematics, and other documentation with accuracy.
- Assemble components to produce complex outputs by integrating smaller parts.
- Good technical knowledge and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics, etc., and follow them precisely.
Starting pay up to $23.50/hr based on experience. $1,500 SIGN ON bonus.
ScheduleTypical schedule:
1st Shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm. Friday overtime as needed.
