2nd Shift General Production

Compensation

2nd Shift General Production Pay: $26.43 per hour plus night and Sunday premiums and a $1.00 shift differential for hours worked from 6p.m. to 6a.m. Overtime is eligible after 8 hours per shift.

Sign‑on and retention bonuses totalling $2,500.00: $500.00 after 60 days of employment, $1,000.00 after six months, and an additional $1,000.00 after one year.

Second Shift: 2:50p.m. to 10:50p.m. (10 days on, 4 days off).

• Comply with all safety processes and enforce safety practices for self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Able to multitask and keep up with production demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure all quality standards and standard operating procedures are followed during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborate and follow instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, and always respectful.

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods; may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
