Sanmina is seeking a Molding Set-Up Technician for the 3pm–11pm Mon-Fri shift in Amery, Wisconsin. The role focuses on setting up injection molding machines, troubleshooting processes, and supporting Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce scrap and improve cycle times.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Production and Process Engineering, maintaining 5S standards, organizing stations, and using Excel/Word/Google Docs for data and reporting. Strong communication under pressure is desired.
