Location: Norma
Pioneer Metal Finishing in Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a mechanically inclined Production Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for the hard chrome plating process to ensure our customers receive a quality part.
As an Electroplater, you will operate plating equipment, read gauges, and inspect finished parts. The position offers a 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday - Thursday) with 2nd/3rd shift differentials and immediate benefits for full-time employees.
