Position Overview
Borregaard USA is hiring a Production Operator at its Rothschild, WI manufacturing plant. The role follows a DuPont schedule, requiring working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and on-call fill‑in as the facility operates around the clock.
ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain production line equipment, ensure product quality standards, report equipment issues, and maintain a safe work environment. Work scheduled shifts including nights and weekends.
Qualifications- Strong initiative and self‑direction
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work a DuPont schedule, including nights, weekends, and fill‑in shifts
- Starting wage of $31.04/hour with night shift differentials
- Automatic pay increase after 90 days
- 401K retirement savings plan
