Overview
Immediate first shift Brake Press Operator role! Trillium Staffing is actively looking for a CNC Brake Press Operator with strong blueprint reading skills. The Brake Press Operator will be bending metal to specifications from reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings. We are looking for someone who is going to take ownership of their work and perform to high quality standards.
The first shift runs Monday through Thursday, 6 am - 3 pm and just a half day on Fridays! Wages are $20-$24 per hour, based on experience. This is a contract to hire, permanent Brake Press role with a company with very little turnover, so if interested, please apply today!
Note:
This position is a first shift, full-time role with emphasis on quality and accuracy in metal forming operations.
- Operate CNC Brake Press and perform bending of metal to specifications as indicated on blueprints and shop drawings.
- Read and interpret routine to complex blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Take ownership of work, maintain high quality standards, and work toward continuous improvement.
- At least one year of brake press experience.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Must be able to work with little to no supervision.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
