QPS Employment - - Responsibilities:
Study assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists to gather necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials;
Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements; examine connections for correct fit; fasten parts and subassemblies securely;
Measure completed components to verify specifications; resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions as needed and notifying supervisors for additional resources;
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs as necessary;
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
