WHAT WILL YOU DOTrain team members in Buffing and Assembly Inspection of parts needed to be re-worked

Provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Assist and motivate team members to reach goals

Provide on-going feedback to Production Supervisor on team members’ performance WHO YOU ARE Knowledge of production operations beneficial

Attention to detail essential

Self-motivated and ability to provide hands of approach
