Inspector Packager
HiFyve is hiring Inspector Packagers for a manufacturing facility!
Shift Options:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $18.00/hour
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $20.00/hour
Weekend Nights:
Three 12-hour night shifts (36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours) | $18.00/hour
Location:
Luxemburg, WI
Inspect plastic bottles for quality defects throughout the production process.
Identify and report ongoing quality issues to production leadership.
Package finished products into boxes and on pallets for shipment.
Complete production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
Support production operations by maintaining efficient packaging processes.
Assist production team members and provide coverage as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
Education & Experience RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
Quality inspection or packaging experience is a plus.
Basic computer and documentation skills are helpful.
Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and inspection skills.
Ability to identify product defects and quality concerns.
Ability to accurately complete production documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
Ability to package products into boxes and onto pallets.
Ability to work around manufacturing machinery, noise, and continuous production activity.
Ability to safely handle finished products and packaging materials.
Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
