The Specials Finisher brings unique and custom millwork projects to life. Working directly within our specialized finishing team, you are responsible for turning custom client visions into finished realities through traditional craftsmanship, precision, and active shop work. You are both a dedicated maker and an adaptable team player-prepping components, expertly operating hand tools, spray guns, and orbital sanders, and keeping a safe, spotless workspace.

• Work Order Execution & Traditional Finishing:
  Prep components with finesse, skillfully operating hand tools, orbital sanders, spray guns, and pneumatic systems to bring unique millwork projects to life.
• Wood Species Identification:
  Apply a sharp eye to distinguish between different wood species to ensure accurate prep, sanding, staining, and finishing techniques.
• Manual Equipment Maintenance:
  Maintain and clean standard shop tools (spray guns, lines, sanders, air tools) to keep equipment reliable and maintain peak production flow.
• Physical Execution & Safety:
  Maneuver 50-100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day without assistance, remaining active (standing, bending, stretching) while keeping a safe, spotless, and organized workspace.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork:
  Assist other production areas as needed and handle all other assigned duties to support the team and meet builder requirements.

• Craftsmanship & Quality:
  Precise wood species selection, smooth sanding/spray prep, and minimal finishing re-work.
• Production Efficiency:
  High productivity through efficient prep work, tool upkeep, and smooth workflow execution.
• Safety & Workspace:
  Clean, spotless, and organized work environment with proper tool maintenance and zero safety incidents.
• Team Adaptability:
  Flexibility in shifting to other production areas during peak demands and positive engagement in continuous training programs.
