Wysocki Family Farms seeks a Director, Plant Operations to lead day-to-day production, packing, and distribution for a multi-site potato and crop operation. You will oversee throughput, quality, and safety; manage budgets, scheduling, and staffing; and drive continuous improvement in yield, efficiency, and maintenance reliability. Partner closely with farming, logistics, and quality teams to align plant output with market demand while meeting food safety, sustainability, and customer standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can mentor supervisors, refine processes, and uphold the farm's values of integrity, teamwork, and respect for the land.
