Monday – Friday Pay Starting: $16.00/hr hiring Immediately! Come build your skills as a CNC Machine Operator! Join our team in Wilton, IA, and operate and monitor CNC machines, set up and produce precise steel parts, and help ensure high-quality products in a safety-focused environment.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce steel parts according to specifications
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed
• Perform quality checks using measuring tools (Dial calipers)
• Ensure parts meet quality and tolerance requirements

Position

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical skills and ability to make minor machine adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Physical ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
