- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of meat cutting, butcher, culinary, or knife skills experience.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, portion control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift 10-60 pounds frequently, and occasionally lift over 100 pounds.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in a cool, damp environment.
- Must pass drug test and background check.
- Prepare and operate equipment safely.
- Cut and portion meats according to specifications.
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
- Assist with packaging and general housekeeping.
- Collaborate within the team to support production flow.
