HiFyve is hiring 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift Process Technicians for a manufacturing facility!

Shift Options:

2nd Shift Process Technician:
Monday–Friday 3 pm to 11 pm

3rd Shift Process Technician:
Sun-Thurs 11 pm to 7 am

Pay: $25.65

Location:

Luxemburg, WI

Operate, monitor, and support assigned manufacturing and blow molding equipment to maintain safe, efficient, and consistent production.

Perform machine setups, changeovers, and process adjustments according to established procedures and production standards.

Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identify root causes, and take appropriate corrective action to minimize production disruptions.

Make machine adjustments and perform minor repairs using hand tools and other equipment as needed.

Safely start up, shut down, and operate production, process, support, and auxiliary equipment.

Monitor assigned machines for proper operation, efficiency, quality, and adherence to established process standards.

Troubleshoot and correct process issues to prevent and resolve finished product quality concerns.

Inspect, operate, and test machinery and equipment to identify equipment or process-related issues.

Perform routine inspections of machines and finished products using rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measurement equipment.

Monitor and document critical process parameters and complete required quality inspections for assigned machines.

Adjust machine components, controls, and functional parts as needed to maintain proper equipment operation and product quality.

Assist with equipment modifications, improvements, and installation of new or existing equipment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area around assigned equipment.

Work collaboratively with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and leadership teams to support production and company goals.

Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, quality, and company policies and procedures.

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.

Complete required production, quality, and maintenance documentation accurately and on time.

Support the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) process when required.

High school diploma or GED required.

2–3 years of related manufacturing, machine operation, or technical experience preferred.

Plastics manufacturing experience preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to identify problems, determine root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

Ability to interpret written instructions, diagrams, schedules, pictures, and technical documentation.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and production-related computer systems.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, measurements, fractions, percentages, ratios, and unit conversions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to identify and correct routine equipment and process issues.

Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and minor repairs.

Ability to use hand tools, mechanical tools, measurement equipment, and shop equipment safely.

Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.

Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, twisting, and use of both hands when operating equipment and performing job duties.

Ability to occasionally kneel, climb stairs, and perform repairs or adjustments in various positions.

Ability to safely lift and carry materials and equipment components.

Ability to safely operate hand tools, mechanical tools, measurement equipment, and shop equipment.

Ability to work around moving production machinery, elevated noise levels, hot surfaces, sharp objects, and other manufacturing hazards.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat and varying temperatures.

Ability to hear machine operation, alarms, and changes in equipment performance.

Ability to distinguish colors as required for production and quality inspections.

Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
