? As a Packaging Technician
, you’ll be a key player in producing high-quality grain-based food products that reach millions. If you love variety, problem-solving, and working with high-tech equipment—this job is calling your name.

  • Location: Cambria, WI
  • Available Schedules:
    • 6pm-6am on a 4 days on/4 days off schedule
      • $3/hour shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shift!
  • Compensation:
    • $22-$25/hour based on experience
    • $3/hour shift premium and 40 extra hours of PTO for night shift!
What You’ll Do
  • Keep packaging equipment running smoothly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot jams, seals, and equipment issues quickly
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
  • Complete paperwork and data entry for outbound shipments

REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic driving skills required; forklift driving experience a plus.
  • General computer competency required
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, in particular a food safe environment, a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously using critical thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills to complete assigned tasks safely without supervision.
  • Demonstrate ownership of job function and area equipment.
  • Demonstrate personal initiative and collaborative, team player approach.
  • Ability to proactively drive continuous improvement project creation and execution.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently in order to communicate effectively with team members within and external to pack department.
