Vit Process Cell Operator
Location:
Onsite – Kohler, WI
Competitive Compensation: $27.45 plus $1.50 shift premium
Shift: 2nd Shift; 2:00PM-10:00PM plus overtime. Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.

We are looking for a Vitreous Process Cell Operator (Robot Spray) to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Crafting Excellence:
Your Responsibilities
- Operating the robot spray booths
- Pushing carts
- Clean shaven to wear a respirator when required
- Perform tasks as assigned
- Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
- Pass the global aesthetic test
- Must be PIV certified

Skills/Requirements- Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
- Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
