A  Is Seeking A Machinist To Join A Dynamic Manufacturing Team. We Are Seeking Either An Entry-Level Machinist Looking To Learn The Field Or We Would Also Hire A Highly Skilled Machinist. In This Role, You Will Set Up, Operate, And Maintain A Variety Of Machine Tools, Including Cnc Lathes And Milling Machines, To Produce High-Precision Components. Hours Are Monday – Thursday, 4pm-2am Starting Wage: $25.00 – $39.00 Per Hour Depending On Experience

Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Set Up, Operate, And Troubleshoot Cnc Lathes And Milling Machines (Fanuc Controls Or Similar) To Produce Parts To Specification
• Interpret Blueprints, Technical Drawings, And Gd&T Symbols To Ensure Accuracy
• Program Cnc Machines And Make Necessary Adjustments For Optimal Performance
• Use Precision Measuring Tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators) To Verify Part Quality And Tolerances
• Maintain A Clean, Organized, And Safe Work Environment While Following All Safety Procedures
• Perform Inspections To Ensure Parts Meet Tight Tolerances And Quality Standards
• Collaborate With Assembly Teams On Fitting And Finishing Components
• Support Continuous Improvement And Lean Manufacturing Initiatives

Machinist

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven Experience Operating Cnc Lathes And/Or Milling Machines (Fanuc Or Equivalent)
• Strong Understanding Of Blueprint Reading, Gd&T, And Mechanical Drawings
• Cnc Programming Experience Required
• Proficiency With Precision Measurement Instruments
• Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes
• Basic Math Skills For Measurements, Tolerances, And Machine Adjustments
• Experience With Hand Tools, Power Tools, Tooling Management, And Forklift Operation
• Excellent Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment
• Ability To Communicate Effectively In English For Safety And Teamwork
• Ability To Lift Up To 75 Pounds
