A Is Seeking A Machinist To Join A Dynamic Manufacturing Team. We Are Seeking Either An Entry-Level Machinist Looking To Learn The Field Or We Would Also Hire A Highly Skilled Machinist. In This Role, You Will Set Up, Operate, And Maintain A Variety Of Machine Tools, Including Cnc Lathes And Milling Machines, To Produce High-Precision Components. Hours Are Monday – Thursday, 4pm-2am Starting Wage: $25.00 – $39.00 Per Hour Depending On Experience

Machinist
Key Responsibilities:
- Set Up, Operate, And Troubleshoot Cnc Lathes And Milling Machines (Fanuc Controls Or Similar) To Produce Parts To Specification
- Interpret Blueprints, Technical Drawings, And Gd&T Symbols To Ensure Accuracy
- Program Cnc Machines And Make Necessary Adjustments For Optimal Performance
- Use Precision Measuring Tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators) To Verify Part Quality And Tolerances
- Maintain A Clean, Organized, And Safe Work Environment While Following All Safety Procedures
- Perform Inspections To Ensure Parts Meet Tight Tolerances And Quality Standards
- Collaborate With Assembly Teams On Fitting And Finishing Components
- Support Continuous Improvement And Lean Manufacturing Initiatives
Machinist
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven Experience Operating Cnc Lathes And/Or Milling Machines (Fanuc Or Equivalent)
- Strong Understanding Of Blueprint Reading, Gd&T, And Mechanical Drawings
- Cnc Programming Experience Required
- Proficiency With Precision Measurement Instruments
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes
- Basic Math Skills For Measurements, Tolerances, And Machine Adjustments
- Experience With Hand Tools, Power Tools, Tooling Management, And Forklift Operation
- Excellent Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment
- Ability To Communicate Effectively In English For Safety And Teamwork
- Ability To Lift Up To 75 Pounds
