Masterson Staffing is hiring Focus Factory Operators for a manufacturing facility in Somerset, WI. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with automated equipment in a clean room environment.

Schedule

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours:
  
  2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Days:
  Monday - Friday

Job Duties

• Monitor and maintain automated production equipment
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and adjustments
• Complete minor mechanical fixes as needed
• Feed materials into machines during production
• Perform visual inspections of finished products
• Follow clean room procedures and wear required clean room attire
• Maintain a safe, quality-focused work environment

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• 4-panel drug screen
• National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
• Vision assessment
• Math assessment
• Reading assessment
• Color-blind assessment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
