Work Hours:
Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with flexibility during production changes
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with plastic injection molding setups and troubleshooting
Supervision:
Leading a small team of 3 on the 3rd shift while actively working on the floor
Facility:
Up-to-date equipment in an ISO-certified manufacturing plant
Requirements: US Citizen or Green Card holder living nearby in Ixonia / Jefferson County, WI

Daily Responsibilities- Supervise the night shift team, manage scheduling, and ensure a safe and productive environment
- Complete tooling changeovers, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot molding defects
- Handle resin transitions and equipment maintenance for quality production
- Perform quality checks and train operators on procedures and safety guidelines
- 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Knowledge of different resin behaviors and molding variables
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage priorities
- Stable work history and commitment
- Living within commuting distance of Ixonia / Jefferson County, WI
