TIMETABLE:
Flexible 1st Shift (5 days x 8 hours) or 2nd Shift (4 days x 10 hours with a guaranteed 3-day weekend)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in multi-axis Swiss CNC setup, operation, and optimization
SKILLS:
Refinement in equipment programming, precise tool offsets, bar-fed production cycles, and accurate metrology readings
WORKPLACE:
Clean, controlled environment OEM facility with modern machinery (majority under 10 years old)
REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of US Citizenship or Green Card status, with a residence near Juneau County, WI for daily commuting

Daily Responsibilities- Set up multi-axis Swiss CNC lathes for high-precision production runs
- Fine-tune machine programming to optimize productivity and tool life
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing cycles for complex components
- Conduct quality inspections using precision tools
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe and organized work area following lean principles
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Swiss-style CNC machines
- Ability to read blueprints and perform quality inspections
- Strong work history with consistent attendance and safety record
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently
- Preferred experience with specific machine platforms or industries
- Residence near Central Wisconsin / Juneau County area
