Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Fabricate, assemble, and repair dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to tight tolerances for high-volume production;
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications;
Operate manual and CNC machine tools, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM equipment;
Perform tooling tryouts and troubleshoot tooling issues to ensure production quality;
Inspect finished tooling using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications
