Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Mill Equipment Operator in Wisconsin to run and adjust 3 pellet mills, perform QC tests and monitor moisture and quality of pellets. The role requires manual lifting, climbing, and safe operation of production equipment on a 3pm–1am shift.
You will work with the dryer and packaging teams, maintain records, and ensure safety standards are met while contributing to continuous process improvements. This is a full-time position in a high-temperature environment.
